Kungfu Panda 3 (2016), menceritakan tentang petualangan seekor beruang yang bernama Po (Jack Black) yang bertemu dengan ayah kandungnya kembali. Walaupun mereka berdua sudah lama sekali dipisahkan. Setelah mereka bertemu, Po bersama ayahnya melakukan sebuah perjalanan ketempat kelahirannya. Di tempat kelahirannya tersebut Po juga bertemu dengan panda-panda yang lain. Disana mereka hidup rukun, penuh dengan keceriaandan damai.

Mendengar kabar tersebut Po membuat sebuah inisiatif untuk bisa mengalahkan Kai, walaupun itu mustahil. Po akhirnya mengajarkan Kung Fu kepada semua panda yang ada di desanya.
